Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Barouki Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Barouki AssetFlow Android application (“AssetFlow” or the “App”).
AssetFlow is designed to operate locally on your Android device. We do not operate an AssetFlow user-account system or an AssetFlow server that receives your app records. The App does not contain advertising or analytics SDKs, and Barouki Systems does not collect or share personal data through the App.

Information created or used in the App
Depending on how you use AssetFlow, you may enter, scan, import, capture, or generate information such as:
- Asset names, item codes, descriptions, categories, and EANs
- Serial numbers, asset tags, QR codes, and barcode values
- Checkout, return, consignment, and maintenance records
- Names, signatures, notes, and condition details you enter
- Product-catalog files, photos, backups, and exported reports
This information is stored locally in the App’s private storage on your device. It is not transmitted to or stored on servers controlled by Barouki Systems.
When you deliberately create a PDF, export a backup, import a catalog, or share a file, Android may pass that file to a location or third-party app you select. This is initiated and controlled by you. The privacy practices of the selected service are governed by that service’s own policy.

Device permissions
You can revoke device permissions at any time through Android Settings. Barcode and QR scanning will not work without camera access, but other App functions remain available.

Data collection, sharing, and third parties
AssetFlow does not collect, sell, rent, or share your app data with Barouki Systems, advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties. The App has no user accounts, social features, advertising, behavioral tracking, or in-app purchases.
Google Play and your Android device may process information independently when you purchase, download, install, update, or diagnose the App. That processing is controlled by Google and is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy.

Storage, security, retention, and deletion
Your records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App. Because Barouki Systems does not receive or store your AssetFlow records, we cannot access, restore, or delete those local records for you.
Use AssetFlow’s backup feature before changing devices or uninstalling the App. Protect your device with an appropriate screen lock and store exported backups and reports securely, especially if they contain names, signatures, serial numbers, or business information.

Children’s privacy
AssetFlow is a business productivity application intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when AssetFlow’s features or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes to data handling will also be reflected in the App and its Google Play disclosures where required.
